Growth and Communication manager

Location: Skellefteå (On-site)

Type: Full-time

From: Needed from September 2025

Become Our Next Key Player in Growth and Communication!

Are you a driven and courageous doer with an interest in digital tools and a passion for creating real societal impact? Do you want to be a central part of a smaller, expanding consulting firm working at the intersection of regional development, creative industries, and groundbreaking gamification? Then you might be who we're looking for at Creative Crowd in Skellefteå!

At Creative Crowd, we are passionate about driving development. We are a dynamic consulting firm that, with curiosity and passion, works with regional development, often through EU-funded projects and strong collaborations with innovative companies and actors. Our core expertise lies in gamification, serious games, and project-driven development, where we use gaming technology to solve real-world problems and improve both industry and society. In addition, we offer specialized consulting services to the gaming industry and innovation ecosystems.

We are now seeking a Growth and communication manager who will work closely with our CEO, CFO, and COO. This is a unique opportunity to take on significant responsibility, where you will influence and be a part of our growth journey.

What Does the Role Entail?

As Growth and communication manager and our new star, your days will be filled with variety and exciting challenges:

  • Client-Facing Business Development: You will be the outward face to our clients, actively pitching new projects and driving the process forward to successful closures. Your ability to build relationships and identify needs will be crucial.

  • Communication and Digital Storytelling: You will be responsible for telling our story and our clients' successes. This involves working broadly with communication and digital storytelling, where you personally produce content for various channels.

  • Project Member in Large EU Projects: You will become an active part of our extensive EU projects focusing on everything from regional development and the creative industry to the development of innovative digital gamified products. Here, you will contribute your expertise and drive sub-projects forward.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who not only has the right skills but also the right attitude. You are:

  • Self-Driven: You take initiative, see what needs to be done, and drive your work forward without micromanagement.

  • Courageous: You dive into new challenges with enthusiasm, dare to test new ideas, and see failures as important learning opportunities. You thrive on working agile and quickly.

  • A Digital Doer: You are comfortable working independently with the tools needed to create content. You have solid experience in video, text, and image editing, design software, AI tools, CRM systems, and social media management.

  • On-site in Skellefteå: We are a team that works closely together, so your physical presence at our office in Skellefteå is a requirement.

  • Willing to Travel: The role involves travel, both nationally and internationally, related to client meetings and project work.

We expect you to have solid work experience using the digital tools described above. Experience from the gaming industry is a significant plus and highly meritorious. You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

What Do We Offer?

A unique opportunity to help build a company, where you will have significant responsibility, freedom, and the chance to make a real impact. You will become part of a small, agile team with short decision paths, where initiative is encouraged. We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment with exciting projects and opportunities for both personal and professional development.
